It Takes a Village!!!!

M.A.D. /Krispy Klean II is a non-profit ecological restoration program aimed to support at risk youth/young adults up to 25 years of age and their families living in subpar communities. By giving them training, support and basic life skills through eco-friendly community restoration activities, they will be able to break the cycle in their family and help their community improve. Through this work youth will have consistently clean clothes, they will learn social, communication and community building skills that will also support them in becoming confident, respectful and productive members of their community and our society.

We are piloting a Wellness and Movement program to facilitate growth of the whole person; body positivity, movement, mental health education and direct services through Zumba classes, wellness workshops, meditation and movement activities throughout the Englewood community. It takes a Village.
